We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
If you received a defective item or we shipped you the wrong product, we'll make it right — on us. Contact us within 30 days at memedrip@polsia.app with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

All orders are fulfilled via Printful using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Shipping times are in addition to production time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order at memedrip.polsia.app/orders.
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are outside our control.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at memedrip@polsia.app with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to make it right.

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Because our products are made to order, you have a 1-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. After that window, production may have begun and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Contact us immediately at memedrip@polsia.app if you need to cancel.
MemeDrip is responsible for ensuring your order is correctly submitted to our fulfillment partner (Printful) with the right items and shipping address. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility passes to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or packages marked as delivered but not received (contact the carrier first — then us).
All meme-inspired designs on MemeDrip are original creative works produced by MemeDrip. Our designs are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without explicit written permission.
We make good-faith efforts to ensure our designs are transformative and do not infringe on existing IP. If you have an IP concern, contact us at memedrip@polsia.app.
MemeDrip's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
We want to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. If you have an issue, contact us first at memedrip@polsia.app. We'll work to resolve it within 5 business days. If we can't reach a resolution, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
